Speaker:

Chris Clarke joined SCAPE in 2015, with over 14 years’ of diverse experience working in Local Government, including leadership of organisational change and service improvement as well as capital programme and energy efficiency delivery in the built environment sector.

As Director of Performance and Improvement, Chris is responsible for environmental and social value policy and performance measurement, as well as providing strategic input into the improvement of SCAPE’s service offering and the development of new products. He is also responsible for our group Risk Management strategy, infrastructure and systems.

Chris holds an MSc in Public Leadership and Management and is the proud father of two children.
