Wynne Construction has secured £85m worth of projects to be delivered over the next two years, with orders showing an increase in demand for services from pre-COVID levels and is planning to safeguard approximately 6,500 Welsh construction jobs as it prepares to begin a series of new projects.
Work has begun to transform a former steelworks site in Newport into a vibrant new place for people to live. It’s one of Wales’ largest regeneration schemes and Hugh James has been acting as legal adviser on various aspects of the project.
