A conference and workshop focusing on the Delivery of the Schools Building Programme for Wales
This important conference is for those who are looking to obtain maximum value from procurement and delivery of construction projects in general and schools in particular
The conference will have two major components:
- a conference programme which will focus on major issues to be considered, followed by
- an interactive workshop which will use real life examples from the Schools Demonstration Programme
highlighting real life outcomes and lessons learned on 7 projects.
We are delighted to have lined up an impressive list of speakers with considerable experience in this area. Our speakers include Mark Adams from RCT, Derek Downer from Monmouthshire CC and Martin Lipson, 21st Century Schools Programme Director who as our keynote speaker will provide an overview of the ‘21st century schools programme’.
