From September this year it will be a requirement to deliver BREEAM V Good with an Excellent Energy Rating on all new buildings over 1000m2. Are you ready to meet the challenge? Are you comfortable with the BREEAM process and the way to focus your design to maximise credit potential from the earliest stage?

CEW & BRE are running a seminar on how to design for BREEAM, learn about the Core Credits, how the architect can deliver many of the credits right from the outset removing some of the risk. Where are the pitfalls, how can the risk be minimised, where should attention be focussed from Day 1.

This seminar is part of a series of events being held by Constructing Excellence in Wales with BRE to explain what this means to the construction industry in Wales and what clients, developers, architects and contractors should do to meet these standards.

The charge for the event is £55 plus VAT for club members and £65 plus VAT for non club members, and you must register with us in advance.

Other topics in the series are:
PassivHaus in Practice – gateway to zero carbon and high levels of the Code’ 6th/8th October
Sustainable Refurbishment beyond WHQ’s – 13th/15th October

To reserve your place please reply to the email below stating your full contact details and the names of all delegates wishing to attend.
