RLSP Olchfa Careers Event – 10th April 2025 - Dynamic X Inspires Future Talent Through Innovation
On 10th April 2025, Dynamic X participated in the RLSP Olchfa Careers Event held at Olchfa School in Swansea, where the team had the opportunity to engage with over 200 learners from grade 10. The event served as a platform for students across Southwest Wales to explore career opportunities within the fields of construction, immersive technology, and digital innovation.
Organised in response to feedback from schools and industry stakeholders, the event aimed to address a growing need for early awareness of local and emerging career paths. For Dynamic X, whose mission centres on empowering the next generation through visual innovation, the event aligned closely with its commitment to community engagement and talent development.
Throughout the day, Dynamic X introduced students to its range of services, including VR-based health and safety training, real-time 3D visualisation, and digital construction solutions. The team encouraged learners to consider future careers in game design, simulation development, digital engineering, 3D artistry, and data analytics fields that are not only growing rapidly but also hold relevance both locally and globally.
During the event, the Dynamic X team:
- Delivered an interactive introduction to VR-based health and safety simulation tools.
- Engaged in discussions with students interested in careers in immersive technology.
- Demonstrated the practical applications of digital construction tools in real-world projects.
- Encouraged students to explore emerging roles in the tech-driven design and engineering sectors.
The students responded with curiosity and enthusiasm, asking insightful questions about the simulation of real construction scenarios and the impact of immersive visualisation in industry. Several students were able to connect their current subjects to potential roles in digital construction and technology, with many expressing interests in exploring these fields further.
The event was coordinated by the Partneriaeth Ddysgu a Sgiliau Ranbarthol – De Orllewin Cymru (RLSP), which brought together businesses and educators with a shared mission to acknowledge career opportunities for the youth of Wales. Dynamic X was pleased to contribute to this collaborative initiative, working alongside like-minded organisations committed to inspiring innovation and education.
The team at Dynamic X left the event with a renewed sense of purpose. It was clear that students are not only seeking information but are eager to understand the real-world relevance of their education.
Dynamic X remains committed to inspiring future engagement events across Southwest Wales and the UK. As the company continues to drive innovation in visualisation, simulation, and safety technologies, it recognises the importance of building connections with the young minds who will one day lead these industries.
