I am delighted to advise that Julie James MS, Cabinet Secretary for Housing, Local Government and Planning has commissioned CEWales (Constructing Excellence in Wales) to undertake a review of the commissioning and delivery practices for new social housing in Wales.

Over the next year, CEWales will gather insights through online surveys; workshops; 1-2-1 interviews and face to face sessions. The goal is to actively involve all those who contribute to the sector so that we achieve a comprehensive range of options to enhance the delivery provision of new social housing in Wales.
