Kier and their supply chain had a great experience spending time at Gower College Swansea supporting 55 Level 1 Multiskills Construction students with mock interviews as they prepare for the next steps in their career journeys.
It is always a fantastic opportunity to help young learners build their confidence and to improve their interview techniques. Also to gain an insight into what employers are looking for and to support by signposting them along the way to nurture their personal and professional development.
