Venture Graduate is the Cardiff Capital Region’s new and improved graduate scheme. Its predecessor, the Cardiff Capital Region Graduate Scheme, appointed over 80 graduates in 49 different organisations across South-East Wales and received over 2,000 applications, with excellent feedback and case studies. The scheme was expanding quickly, and the process needed to be more streamlined, so after some extensive research and consultations with industry experts, our partner universities and local businesses, the Venture Graduate Scheme was born.
Our new features include a structured cohort model which will run three intakes per year, a refined application process which includes a new application system and assessment centre, and enhanced benefits such as business networking and region-wide marketing opportunities to raise the profile of your business and is designed to connect talent in Wales to local businesses. Our services continue to be free of charge with ongoing support from our brilliant team, saving your business time and resources.
