With over 20 years’ experience of developing, managing and implementing transformation and change programs Phil is ideally placed to help all manner of businesses build their digital capability, scalability and operational capacity.
He has worked for Reliance and Interserve previously, as Director of Business Change and Director of Business Architecture, facilitating large scale change projects and now directs and manages all Bamboo technology projects and transformation workshops.
