Cathy Owens, Director at Deryn will provide an overview of government and politics in Wales. The focus will be on infrastructure and construction, outlining the responsibilities of the UK Government and Welsh Government and how the wider business community could better understand politics and the importance of coalition building during campaigns if it is to successfully play its part in the, not so new, devolved Wales.
