Work at Height operations continue to be the biggest cause of deaths and serious injury in the workplace. As part of our ongoing drive to improve standards and reduce the number of work at height related injuries, the Working Well Together Group, supported by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is holding a free half day event for scaffolding contractors and contractors who work at height.

This safety and health awareness day, supported by the industry is designed to suit the needs of those who regularly work at height. The aim is to raise awareness of the health and safety issues facing you and to give practical advice on how to control and avoid risks.

Sessions will include talks and demonstrations on the following topics:

• Current Work at Height concerns/trends - An overview by HSE
• Work at Height planning
• Low level fall prevention
