Admiral House – Presentation and Tour
Construction of the new Admiral building in Newport designed by HMA and delivered by SDC contractors for Scarborough developments is now complete, the building has been awarded BREEAM excellent for energy and will provide seating for 1200 people when fully occupied with a fantastic working environment which is key to their unique culture, the building is an important land mark at the gateway to Newport.
This was built specifically for a pre-let to Admiral insurance and delivered ahead of the original program.
Come along to a breakfast event and listen to presentations from Admiral and the team responsible for the build who will talk about the whole process, lessons learnt and the post occupancy monitoring.
How to Book: This event is free of charge but you must register in advance. To reserve your place please email CEWalesEvents stating your full contact details and the names of all delegates wishing to attend.
Non-attendance by any registered delegate will be charged £20 unless you have informed us by Monday 30th June. We confirm numbers to the venue the day before the event and numbers cannot be amended we are charged in full for that amount.

In order to reduce wastage at our events CEW operates a policy of only notifying venue details when issuing registration confirmation. This ensures we only cater for delegates who have registered and don’t over order for individuals who may or may not turn up on the day.
