Indoor Surfing at  Cardiff International White Water is the latest part of the International Sports Village development which is a great example of how Cardiff Council and partners are working together to achieve the city’s vision for the regeneration of the old docklands, and creating a thriving leisure destination.

The FlowRider machine which officially opened in May is one of only a handful in the UK, and will allow Cardiff residents to surf indoors. It is also hoped the £2m wave machine will bring an extra 18,000 annual visitors to Cardiff Bay.

The Cardiff indoor surfing machine creates a standing wave by pumping thousands of gallons of water at an incline and can be enjoyed by complete novices to board sport enthusiasts.

Come along to the next G4C Wales event to hear a presentation from WRW Construction and the Design Team followed by a tour of the centre and live demonstration of the model.  Remember to bring along your business card to enter into a prize draw and get the opportunity to try for yourself this action packed activity! This event is sponsored by WRW Construction
