Ramada Plaza, Wrexham

Energy used on lighting can account for up to 30% of the total energy used in commercial buildings.  With new lighting legislation and LED technologies, creating an energy efficient lighting scheme is increasingly challenging.  But lighting isn’t all about being efficient, it has to be effective too – we call this ‘Energy Effective’ lighting.

This workshop will help you understand how to identify opportunities and specify efficient and effective lighting solutions to deliver energy savings, without compromising the lighting design.  You will learn about practical solutions to reduce your energy use, maintenance costs and save money whilst maximising the effect and impact of lighting.

Who should attend?

This workshop will benefit anyone who uses, designs or installs lighting.  These sessions follow-on from the successful lighting workshops delivered in November 2011, but don’t worry if you didn’t attend – there will be a round up at the start to bring you up to date!
