Our Task Groups & Forums
Periodically the construction industry and built environment in Wales face challenging issues which require a considered and coordinated response. To deal with these issues CEWales will establish specific Task and Finish Groups comprising key individuals and organisations from across Government and industry.
In recent years Task Groups have been established to address the introduction of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Wales and Major Project Delivery in Wales.
CEWales have also supported the development of a Construction Procurement Strategy for Wales lead by the Value Wales Procurement Steering Group which was established by the Minister for Finance, Jane Hutt, in response to the 2010 CEWales report “No Turning Back”.
