North Wales Construction Framework 3
Bidding for the third iteration of North Wales Construction Framework will be open soon.
Following the success of the North Wales Construction Framework 2 (NWCF2) and the benefits in procurement time, cost and value added provided by it, the six North Wales Authorities wish to continue to have a collaborative Framework to procure regional construction projects.
Information events are being held face to face and virtually, and the councils are particularly keen to talk to small and medium sized businesses.

NWCF3 will be split across the following lots:
Lot 1 : 250k - 1.9m
Lot 2: 2m - 4.9m
Lot 3: 5m - 9.9m
Lot 4: 10m - 14.9m
Lot 5: 15m+
Lot 6H: up to 10 housing units
Lot 7H: over 10 housing units
