Kier partner up with their Supply Chain for DIY SOS at Llamau offices in Swansea
With the help of their Supply Chain, Kier undertook a DIY SOS project in Llamau Swansea offices. The scope was to link through two of their offices creating one single reception and office space. Complex temporary works were required to safely prop up from the basement floors below to support the three storeys above.
The project took just over a week to complete and amounted to around £10,000. £3,000 of which was donated directly by the Kier Foundation. Llamau is the leading homelessness charity in Wales, supporting the most vulnerable young people and women’’.
Construction Graduate, Adam Meyrick and Assistant Site Manager Shaun Davies managed the project.
