Your responsibilities

You may not care about waste, but your bank account certainly does!

The Law says:

  • YOU have a Duty of Care for all your waste
  • YOU have to store waste securely and safely
  • YOU need to Register if YOU carry waste
  • YOU must be sure that anyone who takes your waste is a Registered Carrier
  • YOU must obtain a Waste Transfer Note from your carrier (keep it safe!)
  • YOU have to know where your waste is going
