Performance Improvement
The CEW Performance Measurement System is web based and can be used by organisations from all sectors of the Welsh construction industry that want to improve their performance by sharing best practice, measurement and benchmarking, whilst establishing benchmarks for the Welsh construction industry.
The CEW PMS measures are based on the CE All Construction and Construction Consultants KPIs, The Housing Industry Toolkit, and Respect for People, adapted to provide a framework of measures to suit the requirements of each individual sector in Wales.
Members have secure access to a web-enabled database to measure and report performance on their own projects and partners. Consultancy services are available to help members plan what to measure, collect data, benchmark and improve performance.
