This leadership development programme is supported by Welsh Government and delivered by Swansea University’s Department of Research and Innovation.   It is aimed at SME leaders and managers and is inspiring businesses with graduates from the programme enjoying an average increase of 26% in their turnover.  It has a proven track record of delivering improved business performance for delegates on both qualitative and quantitative measures
