On Thursday the 21st June Constructing Excellence in Wales in partnership with SE Wales Best Practice Club will be hosting a breakfast event in Bridgend to demonstrate how investment at the Gateway to the Valley (G2V) School at Tondu is delivering significant benefits for the local community.

Hear from:

Value Wales – providing the Welsh Government view on community benefits

Bridgend County Borough Council – their aspiration for the local community and the local economy

Davies Langdon and Leadbitter – practical examples of how they delivered on the clients aspiration

The supply chain – what were the real benefits to them as a supply chain and how have their businesses grown.

Construction Youth Trust – How can they support projects by preparing young people to work in the industry

Maximising the value gained from investment in construction is now more important than ever and we all have a part to play in this. Sign up for this breakfast event at the Waterton Centre, see how the team are delivering community benefits at the Gateway to the Valleys School and apply these lessons to your own projects.
