NEC3 is a family of contracts suitable for procuring a diverse range of works and services using a collaborative approach.

CEW is holding a one day event focusing on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) hosted by Jon Broome. Much of Jon’s expertise is focused around contracts & procurement and in particular the practical use of the NEC3 family of contracts. As well as having his contribution to its development acknowledged in the contract documents, he has written, trained and consulted on it worldwide. He is also an accomplished project based facilitator and authors both contractual and bid documents.

Delegates will gain an understanding of the key aspects of ECC including its principle objectives, how it is designed as a management tool, its advantages and disadvantages and the contribution of the ECC to the effective management of a project to achieve the project objectives using a collaborative approach.

This one day workshop is for everyone working with the NEC including project managers, contract managers, quantity surveyors, planners, clients, consultants, contractors and their supply chain.
