Been made redundant or just unable to secure work?
Thinking about setting up your own company?

Need to network and get top quality advice?

Come and join this workshop supported by ICE, CIWEM, Constructing Excellence in Wales, Companies House, CECA

Who should attend

Open to designers, contractors, quantity surveyors, estate managers, solicitors – indeed any professional group associated with civil engineering and the constructing industry.

Purpose:

To establish the support needed for those who :

  • have been made redundant or
  • have taken early retirement and who still have more to give or
  • who have graduated but not succeeded in securing work in the construction industry

Come along to tell us what support you need and get advice on;

  • legal information
  • financial support
  • new company start up
  • CV writing
  • Training (with potential to pool resources)

Why?

This activity will help put you in a better position to find employment and potentially form new companies (or position yourselves to be able to do so when the industry picks up).

In this way we can protect the resource pipeline for industry in Wales.

This is a support and network event (not a careers fair) with the potential for a regular construction network club.

How to Book: Places are limited and you must register to attend in advance cost £5. To register emailcewalesevents@cewales.org.uk
