A Peer Review for the CEW Demonstration Programme

Stride Treglown needed to move to larger offices to allow the business to grow in Wales. The Board challenged the Cardiff Office Director to deliver an exemplar project in terms of sustainability which would demonstrate the business ethos in being at the forefront of UK knowledge whilst recognising their requirement to reduce their carbon footprint.

As a result, the building which is in the early stages of construction, is the first office building in the UK to achieve BREEAM Outstanding at design stage at the highest ever score for any building in the UK at this stage.

Come and hear first hand how the team is meeting the challenge of not only achieving ground breaking sustainability targets but also keeping costs at an affordable level using ‘Modern Methods of Construction’

Peer Reviews are an essential part of the process of achieving Demonstration Project status by enabling attendees at these events to participate in the review process.
